Spring 2024 International Student Arrival Form This form is for the Office of International Programs and Services (IPS) to collect your arrival details for international students at Millersville University. The move-in dates for on-campus international students are Tuesday, January 9th, and Wednesday, January 10th, 2024. Any off-campus students should plan to arrive and check in with IPS by the start of orientation on the morning of Thursday, January 11th. All new students have the option to check in with IPS before orientation day if they are at Millersville University before orientation day. ANY student can use the FREE pick-up services on Tuesday, January 9th, and Wednesday, January 10th, 2024. To use the free pick-up option, your flight should arrive by 7:00 PM at Harrisburg International Airport (MDT). If you choose to arrive at a different airport and take the train to Lancaster Station, an employee of IPS can pick you up at the local train station for FREE if you arrive by 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 10th. Lancaster Station lies on the Keystone Service train line and is connected to Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and New York City.
