Any attempt to appeal your English Language requirement not based on any criteria on the Millersville University website will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All submissions MUST include both a 2-3 minute video submission as well as a sample of academic writing with at least a 2-page minimum.

Submissions are considered on a case-by-case basis. If not accepted, you can be conditionally admitted to Millersville University via our English Language Institute.

All video submissions MUST be approximately 2-3 minutes. Any submission under 2 minutes exactly will not be considered. There is a strong preference for a 3 minute submission.
