This form must be submitted by the 10th business day of the term for which you have applied. If this form is not completed by that time, you will need to reapply to Millersville. An application can be deferred only twice and to the extent of one year out from the initial term of admission.

Please note

students who will require an F-1 or J-1 visa must select a Spring or Fall start date.
You will be required to pay a non-refundable $350 enrollment deposit to complete this deferral request for your application if you have not previously made this payment to Millersville University to formally confirm your enrollment intentions.

This form can be used to submit a formal update request to the total amount that a student can provide towards their education here at Millersville University.

This amount should be in line with your 'Financial Cost Sheet' located on your application status page that we released at the time of your admission.

All other updates - such as the addition of a sponsor or a dependant need to be emailed to international.services@millersville.edu.

Source of Funds TOTAL (This amount should add up to the total estimated expenses per level of study for one year as listed on your financial cost sheet.)
