Fall 2025 International Student Arrival Form

This form is for the Center for International Programs and Services (CIPS) to collect your arrival details for international students at Millersville University. The move-in dates for on-campus international students are Monday, August 18th through Wednesday, August 20th. Any off-campus students should plan to arrive and check in with CIPS by the start of orientation on the morning of Thursday, August 21st.

All new students have the option to check in with CIPS before orientation day if they are at Millersville University before orientation day.

Here are the options to arrive at Millersville University:

Train: The train to Lancaster Station is accessible and convenient to use. Check the Amtrak website (https://www.amtrak.com/train-schedules-timetables) for train arrival and departure times. Lancaster Station lies on the Keystone Service train line and is connected to Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and New York City.

RideShare Services: Other options to get to Millersville University Campus include Uber, Lyft, or airport Taxi.

Housing Requirements

All first-time undergraduate students and transfer students will less than 60 total transferrable credit hours are required to live on campus.

Exemptions to this rule:
- individuals living within 50 miles of campus or
- individuals having a verified housing sponsor living within 50 miles of campus.
Incoming exchange students from Kansai Gaidai University, Université de Caen, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Universidad de Burgos are required to live on campus.
- All other incoming exchange students have the option to live on campus but are not required.
English Language Institute, transfer students with over 60 credits, and graduate programs admitted students have the option to live on campus but are not required.
